This scalping strategy is designed for M1 charts and uses the MACD Oscillator (settings: 13, 26, 9) and Stochastic Oscillator (settings: 5, 3, 3). It performs best during the European and American sessions and is suited for currency pairs with medium to high volatility, especially those from the Major group.
Setup:
- Use M1 timeframe.
- Add MACD and Stochastic Oscillators with specified settings.
Trading Instructions:
Long Positions:
- Open when the MACD histogram is in the positive zone above the zero level.
- Stochastic Oscillator (%K or %D line) rises above the 20 level after declining below it.
Exit Strategy:
- Set Stop Loss one point below the nearest local low.
- Set Take Profit at 10 points from the opening price.
